Call Minka Aire for correct part number before ordering. The receiver arrived in good condition and our fan is working again.

This gave the expected result. In general, I think that Minka should not limit the warranty on this product, as it can cause problems.

The Minka Wave ceiling fan stopped working one day and an internet search revealed that the transmitters can simply fail over time. That was 5 years old. Matched model number on Revain and repaired in minutes. Don't forget to flip your switch first!

I have the LCD backlit version of the fan and it was the perfect replacement for the failed receiver that came with it and lasted about 1.5 years. Years. My only complaint is that it looks the same as the one I took out including the colour, tags etc and I'm concerned this one might not last more than a couple of years either.

Very disappointed that the Minka fan stopped working after 13 months! But thanks to some reviewers I found out it was the receiver too, this morning it was replaced and the fan is working again. So 5 stars for the receiver but 2 stars for the Minky, the original receiver should last more than 13 months, 1 month after the warranty expired because it wasn't a cheap fan.

I received this to replace part number P001021700S. When I installed it, I noticed a sticker on the side that said "LEDs only" - and my bulbs. I ordered LED bulbs just in case - no big deal as I just want to switch to LED. It would be nice to see it in the product description so I would order the pears at the same time. to describe the differences - I wish Minka Aire would make the technical information more accessible.
