Advantages: Lightweight. Continuous. Good storage for long runs. chest and hip belt. Easy to drink while running. After a while it gets hard. The hip belt tends to ride up. Works and gets the job done. All in all a great product with many advantages and few disadvantages.

I bought three different colors for my family. We love hiking and skiing and wanted to find the best way to stay hydrated. It worked great! For reference, I am a small, slightly portly female, 4ft 8in, 130lbs, broad shoulders. I bought it to run cross country on hot days when I need more water to survive a 6 mile run. I've had this backpack for over 3 months now and it's holding up great! Pros: Lightweight and easy to carry, two clips on the straps to keep it close to your back, insulated pocket, lots of zippers for storage, bladder is durable.
