🚗 Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Radiator for Subaru Forester XT 2004-2008 (MMRAD-FXT-04) Review

This is twice the size of the stock radiator on my 04 FXT. I had to contact support to clean the filler plug. They responded quickly and were very friendly. The lifetime warranty is a plus, especially for the price you pay. Had to pay $15 to ship a new part, a bit of a shame after initially spending around $300 on it but still very satisfied. I will continue to buy this brand.

A work of art that I read about on all blogs. Everything as advertised by Mishmoto. After comparing it to the stock radiator, I know that my rebuilt engine will be well cooled and protected by this Mishimoto radiator! Packed in strong heavyweight cardboard in a factory sealed plastic bag with foam padding on all four corners - fantastic.

Installs quickly and easily. Increases coolant capacity, dissipates heat quickly (aluminum end tanks retain less heat than OEM plastic), and carries a lifetime warranty. : DO NOT remove the overflow nipple. Purchase a 3/8 brass tee and 2 foot 5/16 hose. Run the hose from the nipple to where the overflow hose (to the tank) is already split at the factory. A NOTICE. You need three M6x1.0 mounting screws to install the fans on the heatsink.

06 fxt, Good product seems to work at around the same temperature but the plastic part is cracked and still had to be replaced. You can really see the efficiency when you come back to the car after a recent drive and the temp gauge gets low again. Cools down quickly.
