I almost lost my two dwarf hamsters!

I didn't like this product at all! At first it wasn't easy to assemble. The instructions were only in one language and had no instructions in English. My mom and I ended up installing it! Then I put my dwarf hamsters in a cage and tried to get them down. I brought it down by the handle. The handle wasn't strong enough and my poor kids fell down the stairs! Thank god they were both alive and well, it caused me to have a heart attack. This was the worst product I have ever bought. Very annoyingโ€ฆ

Suitable for short trips

We wanted it to be perfect for a hike with our little hamster. It worked for her so she could sleep but the water bottle didn't fit so we had to improvise by adapting her regular bottle. The place for the food bowl is not suitable as it is at the bottom of the cage and if you put litter in it it will be completely covered. And the wheel doesn't work with bedding. Don't go back as it works for a short time while cleaning her cage, but not worth it if you want to take it with you on your trip.

  • Portable and practical: the small animal house is easy to carry and has a carrying handle. The complete tool set is very light, so you can take it with you on trips and excursions. You don't have to worry about your dwarf hamster getting lonely.

2 levels? for small animals

I thought there were two levels but there is only one. I needed a carry cage before the large 'home cage' was available but it is not two tier and there were no instructions on how to use it. It's easy to put together, but it would be nice to get some direction so I didn't have to struggle with a stupid balance bike that wasn't stable and a stupid water bottle holder that wasn't even straight. I don't know how it can be two levels but I would appreciate if someone could get in touch and maybeโ€ฆ
