Mizuno makes great shoes. and this women's shoe is ideal for men who do not have wide feet. The price was more reasonable. The only bad detail is that these new z6s have a thin ridge on the top of the tongue that cuts into the bottom of my leg (cuts a man), just above my short socks. If I cut off this edge, the problem goes away.

I've been wearing Mizuno since I was 13, I'm 27 now and I'm very loyal to my brands. I absolutely loved these shoes, but after playing in a tournament it happened. It's almost like paint is cheap? I really do not know it. But I was very disappointed and will be sending them back. I have a feeling that the quality of Mizuno volleyball shoes has not been that good in the last two years. I am very sad.

These were great volleyball shoes to begin with but they only lasted a year until the boot ripped out of the ground leaving a large 2 inch gap. The heel pad also steadily shrank until I was forced to add insoles about 6 months later. In comparison, I averaged about 4 hours of baseball per week in these shoes. I only expect a $100 shoe to last longer than a year of intermittent play.

These are quality volleyball shoes. They needed a little break in time and they're doing great on the pitch. The toe box is not too wide like many volleyball shoes. My feet don't slip when I play like other brands I've tried. FYI, I have neither wide nor narrow feet with a low arch, women's size 9. These shoes fit true to size. I actually went up a size as I usually need volleyball shoes, but I had to send the large ones back for my actual size. I would definitely buy these shoes again.
