The phone rotates in the holder so that it almost falls off. Too bad I didn't throw the package away so I could send it back. Now it's expensive pulp. Save your money and get a RAM x clutch instead.

If you have a rubber phone case, squeeze the phone as hard as you can before tightening the set screw. Almost lost my phone on the freeway. Also make sure it's not on the handlebar cone, the whole thing can turn if the claw isn't tightened enough. All in all, with proper care, this is a great phone holder for the money. Love the fact that it's easy to remove if you don't need a phone holder.
