Used this to seal some of the rocks my kids drew. .

Used this to seal some rocks my kids drew. It's still sticky after a month. Sticks to everything. Every time we put a brick on a paper plate, it will stick to the paper plate and solve the pattern! All have been destroyed!

Does not dry! Best in Art Glues and Pastes

I bought this to glue the stones that I paint. I apply a layer and let it dry. Two weeks later, I'm not kidding, this stuff is still tasteless. If the stones touch anything other than the foam board, they will stick to it. I had them on the table in my house and the humidity in my house is minimal. I love the Podge mod so I'm surprised this thing doesn't actually work. The instructions say to apply multiple coats spaced 15 minutes apart. I can't even imagine how sticky they would be if I tried…

For outdoor protection - remember the green (grass) label

I love crafts - successes and failures included! For outdoor displays like DIY Halloween signs, I use an orange mod podge tag to glue the paper to the wood with a foam brush and then weatherproof the signs with a green mod podge tag. The easiest way to remember is that my Mod Podge Outdoor Glue and Finish has a green (vegetable) label. Oh, one trick I learned years ago is that if you're taking a short break (or even overnight), keep your brushes wet (glue, paint included) by wrapping the…

I love this crafting material

I love this stuff! I used it to decorate the outside of a rabbit hutch a few years ago - it still looks great! You need to let it dry long enough between coats so that it doesn't get sticky and it probably wouldn't hold up if exposed to rain for a long time. (I would use it to decorate something like the sides of a birdhouse, but not an outdoor countertop or anything.) I've also used it to cover the leaves and make a pretty bowl. I assumed the leaves would turn brown after a few days, but years

Very disappointing! waste of money. Out of the box into the trash!

I was looking for an exterior/exterior paint brush or sealer. The description says 'water-based exterior sealant, adhesive and finish'. Video title: General Purpose Adhesive, Sealant and Finish for Exterior Decoration. Ideal. That's exactly what I wanted. I even read the small photos of the labels that were included. The problem is their label isn't the same as what's on the tin! The first sentence reads "Intended for indoor/outdoor use, not waterproof". It just went against the whole way the…

The third was fine except I had to peel the glue off.

That's what I wanted. My problem was the delivery. I have ordered 3. One had the cap removed, the seal was broken and it leaked onto itself, the other 2 bottles, the packaging and the carton. The cap of the second bottle was loose and the seal was also broken. The third was fine except I had to peel the glue off all three bottles. I'm not sure if it has to be that thick or if both started drying out because the seals were broken and the air was drying them out. I didn't want to check if the…

Five Stars

Love Mod Podge is a great product for a variety of ideas and crafts. My son recently used the Mod Podge to remake goose lures that are over twenty or thirty years old. He reprinted them and used them over them to protect the color when sitting in the field or even in the water while hunting. It worked for the prefect and he did a great job at it. He's a teenager and for the work he's done I couldn't have done better. I was very impressed with that. I'll try to post pics when it's all done and…

We have tested this product on multiple surfaces using directions to dry in a cool, dry place. It is written that it dries quickly and can be applied in several layers with an interval of 15 minutes. We made it with wood, cardboard and a cover (to make our outdoor Halloween decorations even more waterproof). It then says to leave them for 48 hours before putting your "modified" item outside. We did, and both my husband and I tried different items by following the directions (I thought my brain…
