Great Clay! good for crafting

Okay so I use a lot of dry clay for projects. Most people in DIY groups don't really like that kind of tone. But it was cheap and I said I use a lot of air dried clay. Well I will definitely buy it again! It was a lot easier and less messy than some of the other air dry clays I use! The downside is that it doesn't hold sharp edges like some other clays, but it saves me time creating my shapes with it, it's a lot easier to use! In truth, it's hard to tell when a product is ready. It has a lot of

It worked! on sound

I broke the bottom of one of those big expensive artificial deer heads. I thought of many ways to solve my problem. I wanted to make some kind of wreath around my neck to hide the defect. Instead I decided to give my wild fix sculpting idea. So glad I did! This was my first experience using air dry clay for modeling. I read many reviews and chose Sculpley. The texture was perfect for the needs. Not too dense, but not like play dough. I was concerned about shrinkage after reading reviews on Air…

Great product

This is really cool. When I bought it I was almost afraid that it would be of poor quality and I would end up with something that looked like it was made by a child (no offense!). I originally bought this to use for my wedding crafts. It didn't happen but everything was fine when I finally opened it a year later. I used half the pack to duplicate a skull jelly mold that had cracks. I love Halloween and I loved the shape so it was nice to keep it in any shape. After I filled the mold with a…

NO more air-dried clay!

I have been buying this material for many years - we use it to make decorations every Christmas. I only had one pack left so I ordered several - and although the packaging is the same, there is NO clay in it! It's more like ceramic clay - it's NOT white - it's cloudy and becomes brittle when dry. I think he should be shot. It's heavier/denser so you get less than what you're used to. We were trying to make decorations out of it and it was so sticky it looked awful and when it dried out it broke

I usually never leave negative reviews, I just don't even bother to leave them, but I can't ignore this purchase. This is the second order from this seller who buys 2 blocks of this air dried clay each time. The first order was perfect, the tone was exactly as it should be; white, cloudy, airy, smooth. Ideal. This second order was absolutely NOTHING like the tone it was meant to be. Both clay bricks were more like natural gray clay, totally unwieldy. Even if you cover it with wet towels, it…
