For a vacuum circuit breaker, this is a simple design. Most units have markings, but this one doesn't. Because they are required by the building code for my project, they were more elegant than the other pre-made options.

Does the job but is a bit pricey! No instructions were included (actually you don't need them) but you should note that they must be hand tightened. If you use a wrench it can damage the part - trust me we learned this the hard way!

My original vacuum breaker (a few years ago) leaked horribly so I needed a replacement. This actually fits better than the one my contractor got installed which could explain why it was leaking like a hydrant when I tried to take a shower. This product fits my Moen fittings perfectly and my leaks are a thing of the past. I would like my contractor to consult me on this before he takes the cheap one he installed.

I have 2 vacuum interrupters. They work great. I noticed that the water flow in your hand held shower is limited. I recommend unscrewing the bracket on the water inlet side. (I tape the pliers' sponges 10 times to prevent scratches. It's a lot cheaper than buying non-scratch pliers.) You'll likely find that the screen is filled with particles.
