The anchors that come with this particular shelf will loosen further. So it starts tipping down and we've already had a few pieces of glass slip and fall and shatter. I've moved a few times. Now we have to remove it completely and see what happens. All other Moen shelves have been great. Too bad.

These shelves (I bought two) look great in my bathroom and are easy to install. The glass is thick and held securely by hand. Just a note - the top of the brackets protrudes slightly from the glass so you can't put anything on top of those two (small - see pic) round ledges or they won't sit flat, but there's plenty of room between them for my thin items. these protrusions. Before I bought them I read most of the reviews about how difficult they are to install. I had no problems with the installation. I had to deduct a star because of the weird wall mounts. You will need a 5/16 drill bit and if you have tile on your wall the anchors will not work as they suggest as the wall is more elaborate than designed. I highly recommend getting 1/4 size Cobra TripleGrip anchors from Home Depot. You need 4 per shelf.

In your data sheet you state it is 25" long, when I opened the box it was 22" long. Why are you misrepresenting the dimensions of this one product. When I read reviews showing size issues versus stars I could see through your incorrect specs on this product to show it was actually 22 inches. Nice looking shelf! installation note; Fully assemble the shelf before attempting to install it. I can't remember how the instructions described the installation, but I placed the glass on the brackets and made sure it fit and looked just how I wanted it.
