The product broke after about 5 days of use. Before that it worked fine. I'm an MP and if you need something reliable I won't offer it.

First day on patrol and it fell apart. The plastic that houses the speaker connector that connects to the speaker has fallen apart. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON IT.

I've only been using it for a week and now it doesn't work anymore. That doesn't sound very good. Wouldn't have stayed in my ear, would have missed a few calls at work which was important. I would not buy again.

The waterproof listen-only earphone is the perfect device to hide your radio traffic and hear incoming radio traffic in noisy environments. Ideal for law enforcement or security personnel.

At first I was confused how to wear it but a friend showed me the right way and I've liked it ever since. I just wish he had an earpiece that didn't go into the earlobe but rather with a soft ball. Otherwise great value for money.

Great value, comfortable earplug. I rarely use it, mostly on special occasions. I'm guessing I've used it maybe 10 times and the cable cover frayed and then came loose from the end (see pic). The worn part in the picture should be at the bottom of the clip. It also won't stay molded over my ear. He went further out and appeared. Maybe because it is wrinkled after wearing. All in all you get what you pay for. I can't return because the return window is closed. Will go in the trash.

Don't waste your money on it. I was excited to try this as condensation builds up in my regular pipe after a while, but I'll take it upon myself any day. While it's fairly comfortable on the ears, the sound quality is absolutely terrible. I couldn't hear anything on the phone and it almost made me miss the call. In law enforcement, this is a major prohibition. Very disappointed with this headphone. I have to keep looking for the best option because it definitely isn't.

Alright folks! So I bought this product and was very impressed. Received on Monday and used immediately at work that night! It worked pretty well the first night but the sound quality was terrible. The next day it got worse and every day it only got worse. It lasted 3 1/2 nights. I work in a prison and only lasted 3 nights. Very disappointed, BUUUT is a $13 earbud and the large earbuds are annoying and uncomfortable. 10/10 not recommended. Just buy a clean pair of headphones and spend the money

I work as a School Guard (DSSO). I bought it to use with Kenwood radios and a lavalier mic given to me by the school district where I work. I've been using the headphones for 4 months with no problems. Comfort was lacking at first until I adjusted the open ear cup to fit the cartilage of my ear. After I changed it, it was like it didn't exist at all. After graduating from high school, to be on the safe side, I put it in my backpack pocket, which I rarely reach into until school starts again…
