Although this bra is very comfortable when pumping, it does not give the breasts enough support when pumping, which defeats the actual meaning of the term pumping bra. Such a great concept and it works! I'm definitely tired of changing my bra multiple times a day just to pump it up and this accessory eliminates that problem. The reason for only 4 stars is that the size chart shown does not appear to be accurate. I have a 34C which according to the chart should be a size M. I've been wearing them regularly for about four months and pumping at work 2-3 times a day with a Medela pump. It was great to be able to wear a regular nursing bra so I could breastfeed right before work and right after work without changing bras. I kept it in my pump bag and was able to attach it to my nursing bra very quickly.
