Broken and missing initial!

This item arrived broken and without a letter! The chain was tangled when I opened it and I was very busy so I set it aside to untangle later. I just re-opened the package to have a closer look and found that the chain is indeed broken and there isn't even a letter 'C' anywhere in the little velvet pouch. I am very disappointed and will not buy from this seller again.

Cheap! Broke on the first day!

I was so happy with my necklace! The first day the link broke near the clasp and the chain fell into my bra. I got angry but I was able to put it all back together. On the 6th day it broke on the other side and fell off. picture attached. I wore it maybe a few hours a day and worked from home/had an extremely lazy lifestyle. It's just not acceptable. I will return it and buy a better quality elsewhere.

Nice. but.

Well I bought this necklace to show my husband's initials and it seemed so cute that I even had another pendant to put the initial on, her looked beautiful and i wear them everyday. Then one night I fell asleep with it on and somehow the chain broke in the middle of the night while I was sleeping! I woke up with a broken chain and a broken heart. I was hoping it would last longer than a month (a rough estimate of how long I could have had the necklace). a bit disappointed but it was nice while…
