More frustrating than helpful

Despite the rather negative reviews here and on Monoprice I was really hoping this KVM would work. Unfortunately there are no surprises. The beep doesn't really bother me, but I have a hard time discerning when devices are connected (especially my Monoprice Thunderbolt 3 to DP/DP/USB/Ethernet Adapter) and when switching between them. , USB mouse and keyboard often cannot be connected even though the displays are switched. Also, when switching between sources, the source that just turned off…

Arriving at Computer Components

It was DOA, hopefully replacement work will just have to wait longer to complete this project. The new one works fine, often an annoying beeping every second as the computer boots up, sometimes it doesn't toggle until you restart the device. Honestly the price is too high.

Do not buy this product.

Terrible product, nothing good. Whenever you switch inputs, it tells the computer that the monitors have been disabled, causing your windows to move when you switch. Sometimes it doesn't switch until you press the button multiple times (horrible feeling). Periodically emits high-pitched, high-pitched beeps that are incredibly loud and absolutely pointless. Sometimes the connected monitors won't wake up until they are turned off and on again. The USB hub is slow and often just stops working…

Defective on Arrival - External Components

Defective on arrival. Revain asked me to "troubleshoot" with them, which means they just type in instructions for me. I'm single-handedly trying to get Monoprice to honor their guarantee.
