Excellent build quality, impressive picture quality compared to the previous gaming HDMI cable. Sound also seems to be better. Even if the cable is short, the quality is clear.

This is a solid HDMI cable with gold connectors and a thick shield. I use this cable to connect my AppleTV to my TV. That may be an exaggeration, but there are other cables and devices crammed into tight spaces that can cause electronic interference. It is 1 meter long and does its job well.

After a while the cable broke and the picture broke randomly and I had no problems after trying a different cable so it's definitely a cable. I'm not happy after spending so many dollars (I bought it for $70 in 2008) on a cable that ended up being the worst cable I've ever had.

Works like a cheaper cable. I've never had a problem with monster cables going out, although my friends recommended me a cheaper cable. Same results. Although it looks better in my expensive office, that's a plus. I will continue to order monsters as long as they have a lifetime guarantee.

Personally, I find the Monster Cable insanely overpriced in stores. But thanks to Revain, you can get a monster cable for the same price as a regular cable at Best Buy. The cable works great and I am very happy not only with the cable itself but also with what I got from it. Definitely recommend.

I purchased a new extension along with the cable, Monster Cable MP HTS850 Home Theater PowerCenter, and it works great with the new cable. If you feel you are not getting the best HD picture, try these Monster products.

The MC1000HD replaced my unreliable $7.00 Revain universal cables. I can't say the $20 MC1000HD cable delivers better picture or sound than the $7 cable, but the precision and durable construction ensures more reliable performance and fewer handshake issues when switching sources .
