As a contractor, you wear out your clothes pretty quickly. I tried several belts and settled on a nylon belt over a fabric or leather belt. It's a really strong and I'm sure durable strap, but it's difficult to tighten. You can't just pull the long end of the strap, the rings will tighten. Once it's solid, it stays solid, but it's a hassle to get it there.

Good quality belt for the money. The only downside is that you have to go through the loops counter-clockwise to see the belt logo. I found the length to be generous as I would need to trim mine.

This thing is NOT 45.5 inches long. My waist is 38" (I'm 6ft 3") and this thing doesn't even fully fit my waist. Otherwise it's good and one of my little friends gets a free belt.

The original review is in quotes below... here is the update: The buckle broke on the trip and cannot be repaired. As can be seen in the photo, the retaining wing has broken off on one side. They don't seem to sell spare parts so that's $13. My original belt from years ago is still in great condition, so maybe I was just unlucky with a bad batch, or maybe I was initially lucky with a good batch. I love their simplicity and 1.5" width. The name speaks for itself. Looks expensive but you get what you pay for and this thing is useless. Doesn't fit tight and doesn't look like the picture. Why is the Chinese economy so good when it produces nothing but junk; )

My son loves this belt! Easy to use, interesting colors and made of durable material (it had 2 similarly designed cotton straps).

I bought this belt for a special occasion where the preference is orange and black which comes once a year. When first used in the real world, the buckle broke, one of which fell off. I don't know if it's meant to be put back in later and pressed down, but it easily falls off again. If it's a feature, it's pretty annoying. Otherwise it does what I bought it for.

The belt style is as expected. My only concern is that the material of the strap has a hard surface that prevents the buckle from being held, causing the strap to come loose very quickly.

Very happy with this product. The belt I received is approximately 46 inches long not including the buckle. Ordered from Moonsix, shipped from China and arrived in the mailbox earlier than expected. This is the most beautiful nylon strap I have ever seen.

Well made and stylish, but if your stomach hangs over the straps while sitting, you'll find the buckle is sharp and uncomfortable.

The stiffness of the material puts a lot of strain on the buckle and it broke on the sixth use; The crossbar appears to be cemented. Hopefully the replacement will be better because I like the belt.

Great belt, doesn't hang or dangle. I love the color and design of the buckle. I wear pants with a 34" waist and cut 7" off the belt for the perfect size. Would give it 5 stars but the angle of the bottom buckle feels a bit sharp when in contact with the skin of the abdomen. Easy enough to fix with a skin or a file. UPDATE I bought 2 more straps but accidentally ordered them from a seller in China. Shipping took over 3 weeks and they were 5 inches shorter than the first strap I ordered…

Lots of buckles irritate my pale white human skin. D-rings are an alternative. Sometimes they're buggy, cheap, slick metal rectangles that end up sliding around like Prestidigitator hardware. Not this belt. I wear it with a kilt to warn those who ask me to stand. Of course I will stand up as a real American. I recommend for people with sensitive skin and the need to draw attention to the waist.

I am 32-34 years old. The strap looks good for a D-ring buckle but feels a bit short for sizing as its end tends to hang past the first bar, not long enough to rest on a few more bars.

I wear this as a ski/snowboard instructor and it's great. This is my second. I love that you can trim it to size at the end of the buckle so that the rounded end you put through the buckle is in good shape every time. They look good, always work and the width goes well with my pants and leather suit.

Nice nylon strap that holds up well. I use it on hikes to keep my pants tight and even with constant movement they stay tight. Also, it's great when I fall in the river as it doesn't fall apart like a leather belt.
