This is a nice, compact and ergonomical knife for practical use. I was surprised at the quality for the price. The knife fits well in the hand and is a good size for many uses around the house, work or in the field. I have a USMC Ka-Bar fighting knife and a Gerber Bear Grylls survival knife that I used to carry around in the woods or camping. Those are some heavy duty knives that you can do some serious bushcraft with and know that they probably aren't going to break on you. I'm not saying this

Solid knife, hard to be beat honestly no need to spend more. Any one that does is wasting money. sharp af. thick rigid blade. Great retention in the sheath. Overall solid knifes bought 4 after initial one.

Good value for your money, especially if you are on a budget. It has held up for over 10 backpacking bushcrafting adventures The edge has maintained its sharpness. You might consider buying two of these for redundancy.

I like it! Comfortable grip, blade seems to stay sharp even after some hard wood whittling. The scandi grind does seem better for wood carving that the hollow ground and flat grinds I was comparing it too. Sheath is very secure on the belt, but if you sit flat down on a rock or concrete it may get scuffed up on the end.

Disposable knife that will not break the bank and not leave you high and dry. I have a few of them. Eventually the handle will break. But I will but it again!

For the money this is a nice, sharp durable knife well worth the price. I’m not sure how durable it will be so I would not classify it as a "survival knife.”

This knife is flawless. It is extremely sharp right out of the package! I was able to shave part of my face smooth with this knife to test its sharpness. I can honestly say that it is literally, razor sharp. The handle is nice enough, but a very simple plastic. The sheath is relatively cheap plastic as well. if anyone is looking for that one and done knife i'm sorry to say that's not going to happen. I have lots of knives, low end and custom made. Each has its own purpose, strengths and weakness. I have the "Craftline" model made by Morakniv, it is very, very sharp, not very robust and will fall out of its sheath easily without the added keeper I applied. For the lowly sum of $8 and change I expect that. This knife is only around $19. The handle is very ergonomic and has a little sticky feel to it…

This thing looks amazing. Super sharp out of the box. Perfect size for backpacking. So awesome my wife wanted one so I got her one also.

This, given the price, is the best knife in the observable universe. And what's more, it's not only an outdoor knife but it's an indoor, kitchen, knife too. That's why I have two of them; in the kitchen it's the first knife I reach for unless I'm spreading butter (though it does that well, as well).

Packed this along for our first day out in deer season and it came in handy for field dressing my son's first deer! Not disappointed. Nice grip. Great weight. Sharp blade!

These are well made sharp knives. You'd be hard pressed to find anything better for the price. I bought one to use as a bait knife. It spent a week cutting up mullet for baot and it never lost its edge. I'm going to buy more to place in emergency survival kits.

Being a very satisfied customer of more than a few morakniv products, I decided to grab this for my daughter to use when we go camping. Full disclosure, a significant driving force behind wanting to do that was so she would have her own camp knife and keep her inexplicably sticky hands off mine.That said, I started using it here and there for basic camping/bushcraft tasks to break it in and it is yet another example of morakniv's insane reliability.

I’ve had it for three years, no issue. Granted, I only used it once for hunting (didn’t get jack) but I’ve used it for smaller things around the house—no signs of damage whatsoever. Definitely worth it if it’s the same quality.
