Very satisfied with these bags. They are stiffer than I expected based on other reviews. Two stars deducted because they come as a large roll in transparent packaging. No product description is provided and there is no certificate/description to indicate they are compostable. Not quite sure what I got.

This is my second roll of these bags. Initially everything was fine and as described, no problems. However, on the second roll, each individual bag (attempted to open a dozen) was poorly die cut/formed, causing them to tear lengthwise upon opening. This renders the bags unusable. Very poor quality control to allow them to leave the factory in such an unusable condition. These are good bags but one star down because they are a bit fragile and not suitable for what I intended to use them for. The bags are a good size (bigger than regular 13 gallon bags so will definitely fit a 13 gallon dumpster) and the material seems to be of high quality and all the seams feel strong and well taped. etc. I think they are suitable for collecting ordinary recyclables or compostable food.
