When I first installed them I couldn't get the four screws to stop the cross threads because the holes didn't line up perfectly. The second time I put it on (after walking away and re-reading the instructions for the one-piece pad as this was my first time using such a one-piece pad) everything went perfectly. You have to use the four guides they give you. YOU ALSO NEED A HEAVY DUTY PUMP AND YOUR COLLECTOR. The only reason I have four stars is the rust on the inside bottom corner near the drain
