They weren't as bright as I had hoped. The biggest issue is that they have to be used outdoors, but we found that we had to cover the ports with plastic to keep out the rain.

I like the light but I don't like that it's not stable. They turn on and off slowly. Since I bought them to light up our sidewalk, I don't like that they dim at times. But from a distance they look bright and festive! You are connected. We were hoping we could spread them out further so we had to order two more sets to cover our sidewalk as they are tied together.

Very disappointed. First, make sure you read that they are battery operated. The lights aren't bright at all, and they lasted less than five minutes on me. Very bad quality! The wire is very thin and does not withstand frost. In less than five minutes outside, the wires actually broke in half, and because they're so thin and small, they can't be put back together. I am NOT a happy buyer for this product.

The manual says the light stays on for 6 hours and then goes out. They stress that when you first turn them on, you need to make sure that's the time you want them to turn on each day. Turn them on at 6pm and they work until midnight. This should be repeated daily as instructed. There is no timer! Yes, I looked inside. I can try connecting them to an AC adapter to put them on a timer along with other lights, but it's not easy to work with them because they're very fragile.
