Asus beats me again

This motherboard is awesome and does so much more than I need. This allowed me to create a gaming/mining build that is out of this world. You get what you pay for and it's worth every penny. There are a few features in the BIOS that I don't like, such as letting my CPU run at 1.8GHz and never letting it overclock. It sucks but after messing around with the bios it was fixed within an hour and everything is fine now. This is a great mobo and you won't be disappointed.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

For business users who want serious quality, performance and support

This board is the foundation on which I built my extreme desktop overhaul. The SSD, CPU, and 32GB DIMMs I added to this motherboard reduced the boot time by 50-60% compared to my previous 3 1/2 year old PC and reduced the time it took to save a huge Table with hundreds of formulas was needed. 8 seconds to about 3 seconds. Opening files, navigating, and many other tasks are too fast to measure. The documentation is great and installation is a breeze.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Not bad

ASUS wants to be the best but they are playing for time to solve this problem. Our WS Z390 Pro wouldn't turn on after 6 months with the right components. They found a replacement. It wouldn't turn on with two different power supplies until I cleared the CMOS a few times. When it finally turned on, the POST code got stuck on "00". Recommended to replace the processor. So I did. The POST code then ended with "CC", which isn't even on the list of valid codes. Tech support told me it was a CMOS…

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Some cons

Asus WS Motherboard

I bought this board because it doesn't have all the RGB lighting effects that most motherboards have these days. The only thing I regret about buying this board is that it's not as popular as the Maximus boards so firmware and driver updates aren't released as often as not many users of the board report bugs. Otherwise I had no problems with the board. I'm running an Intel Core i9 9900K overclocked to 5.0GHz with no issues.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Something is wrong
