The procedure was as follows: - Rinse and dry - Apply scratch remover as directed - Finish with Quick Detail - Finish with Synthetic Wax Final Results: No effect on any of the scratches. He even made one more visible by filling it with white matter. Don't waste your time or money.

Worked well to remove some long scratches on my polish. Overall I'm happy with it, but it would be better if it was a bit thicker in consistency so it doesn't get lost on the rag.
