the glue for this is terrible and doesn't stick at all. We put one on the paneling in our bathroom and it fell off, we put another on the side of our stairs and it fell off too. I would definitely recommend looking at other products/brands. At first I was very satisfied, but quickly the quality became terrible. I keep the strips on the shelves in my closet so I only wear them when I go to the closet in the morning and evening. They are set to 130 second timers.
