The guy with the 1 star rating must have installed it wrong. I have a 2020 MT-07 and it's just fire and works fine.

The lock works well, 2 keys are included. Installs in about 5 minutes. After using it a few times to lock the latch, it took some effort to "click" to latch. But in general it works. Suitable for my Yamaha MT-07.

Bought a few months ago and no complaints so far. I use it every time I get off the bike to hold and secure my helmet. I don't have to worry about lugging around a helmet. Comes with two keys in case you lose one.

Does not fit my Yamaha mt-07 as described. If the lock had been installed on the other side of the plate it would have worked. Due to the installation method, the lock goes too deep into the plastic of the rear, which does not allow assembly.

Easy to install. The holes match perfectly, but the profile of the bracket is different than that of the rear footpeg bracket. It's matte black, so it definitely blends in. imperceptibly. The locking mechanism does not appear to be 100% theft-proof. But some value for money, better than nothing, is something Yamaha didn't even include in the MT07.

Great addition to the FZ, much better than removing the back seat to use the stock helmet holder. A small but important design flaw is that the locking spring of the chrome helmet hook is pointing down. A part came loose during the season so the helmet hook literally fell out and got lost. Keep an eye on this replacement to see if it does the same.
