I was surprised how much I like this little radio! Smaller than expected which is good in emergencies. I use radio all the time and occasionally NOAA as we've had some big storms lately and that's why I bought it.

Great compact radio that accepts FM/AM and NOAA weather channels. Easy to use. We live in the country and haven't had any problems with reliable channels. I like the old fashioned volume/on/off controls and settings. I personally like that it can be powered by a solar panel, AA batteries or a crank. There is a flashlight and an outlet to charge your phone. All in all a great item that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

My first purchase is defective. It cannot receive a tune in the FM/NOAA range, and the device itself does not run on AAA batteries. Luckily Revain sent me a new device two days later and this time it worked as expected. During my night shifts, I listen to music, local news, and the weather. The small solar panel, the handle on the back, and two 5VDC ports worked great, as evidenced by the solid red charge/power light. AAA batteries can also be used if desired.
