Description of Mountain bike (MTB) Welt Ridge 1.0 D 29 (2022) orange 20" (requires final assembly)

The WELT Ridge 1.0 D 29 (2022) bike is suitable for riding on smooth urban road surfaces, as well as for riding on rough terrain. The aluminum frame combines lightness and strength. The Hagen 330 MLO 28, 6 alloy fork provides shock absorption and allows you to maintain a high level of bike handling even when riding in hard-to-reach places. Compass W2003 2.1 tires have a full tread and guarantee not only excellent rolling while riding, but also excellent grip on any surface. Attachments from Shimano guarantee timely gear shifting and allow you to maintain the desired pace of riding without the expenditure of effort. The Artek MD-13 braking system has a minimum response time to pressing, which allows for both smooth braking and sharp braking and makes driving safe in any weather.

What you need, a cool purchase, I advise you.

Considering the current prices and all the economic charms that "only benefit us" - a good purchase. In general, I tend to think that I lack the skills and even the theory to ride it as much fun as amateur athletes do. Well, its equipment is hardly designed for this. With the proper approach, there is an option to decompose and crunch no worse than on a mote. Therefore, do not lose control over yourself and feel the limits of reason :)

Pros
  • Regular MTB, not bad for its price this season. The frame seems to be of high quality and durable (if there was a marriage, it would have already collapsed under me). Delivery is fast and there is not a single trace of "careful transportation" on the box, as in some other companies. Everything is safe and sound. It's fun. Even if you are no longer a child.
Cons
  • Internal puncture. The tape under the camera (on the rim) was twisted in a spiral (wrongly laid), which led to the edge of the camera rubbing through it. The wheels are crooked (with eights) and to install them evenly is problematic, and maybe even impossible. The rims themselves are relatively flat, but the tires are not. The wheel also does not lie flat in the fork. I have not stretched the needles yet, although it would be time already. There is no rubber, it keeps the trajectory without letting it go into a turn (laying on its side like a mot is unlikely to work out). It breaks off the slopes and goes into the mud (when trying to go around the pits on the ground). Perhaps the problem lies in my own weight (105 kg). I rarely switch (I can’t rate it), the brakes are not for extreme sports, the pedals are spinning for now. The fork has not been set up yet. It works, but not as we would like (it is designed for a rider weighing up to 80 kg - otherwise it fails badly where it is not necessary). The paintwork on the steering wheel is nanomicrons, I didn’t have time to tighten it - I already scratched everything. There were no nuts in the kit to mount the reflectors.
