Not Worth the Trip on my review.

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently tell you that these walking poles are not worth your time or money .The grips are uncomfortable and LACK proper support the adjustable shaft is flimsy, and the overall durability is questionable. However, the lightweight design may be a pro for some hikers..

Pros
  • Adjustable height for personalized comfort during use
Cons
  • May require significant strength to use, potentially limiting accessibility for some individuals

Sticks for Nordic Walking - GOOD!

I've been Nordic Walking in the Boston area for many years, but my form wasn't the best. Why? Because it was difficult to move the arm properly. So I decided to treat myself to sticks with handles like the ones I saw in Finland. Yes, these poles are great and the wrist straps make a huge difference. I am a woman with medium sized (not small) hands and these velcro straps make the grips easy to adjust and they fit perfectly. It's a great way to train and these sticks are amazing.

Pros
  • Camping and Hiking
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
