NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I BOUGHT THIS LAST YEAR FOR OUR TABLE. IT WORKED GREAT THEN. HOWEVER, THIS YEAR, THE ENGINE THAT KICKED SANTA'S FEET HAS BURNED OUT! I also noticed that it was made in China! SO I HOPE YOU HAVE MORE GOOD TIMES THAN I HAVE WITH SANTA! ONE SEASON IS ALL I HAVE OF THIS. I THINK. THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY FOR IT! πŸ’€BUYER ATTENTION!πŸ’€

Very disappointing. Worked 2 days and stopped

So disappointed. I thought I would pay more for a higher quality version. It worked fine for 2 days, after which Santa stopped climbing. The lights still work and the music sounds great even though I haven't left it on very long. It is very durable. None of the solutions they give work. What a waste of money. I see several people have the same requirements and the vendor/manufacturer is silent on the solutions.

The light went out, the support didn't answer.

We bought this and we love it. But the day after we took it out of the box, the light went out. There were no instructions in the manual to fix this issue and the bulbs don't appear to be interchangeable. We are very disappointed because it cost so much. I left a few messages on the customer service number but never received a call back. I just hope they respond to the negative Revain reviews. :(

I wish it worked properly

Santa Claus is walking down the bottom step and just as I think he's lifting his foot to go back up the top of his leg hits the bottom of the second flight of stairs and he stops. He also struggles to climb the stairs without anything stopping him. The stairs are not too steep and sit on a hard, level surface. I want it to work properly. Any suggestions? In the last five minutes I figured out the mechanics. There is a switch on the arm that presses the hole in the ladder when it reaches the end

Unique decor, kids and adults love watching it climb but have trouble building

Bought to add to my Christmas decorations this year and my 5 year old loves it and looks like the Santa Claus goes up and down the stairs! Santa Claus walks up and down the stairs with a string of large lights while Santa's Sack plays 15 different instrumental Christmas carols. The music and its movements don't have a separate switch but a single button and you can turn the button at the bottom of the bag so it can climb silently.
