Puts an end to stripped out threads in cast aluminum manifolds. Holds the gasket in place and perfectly aligns the carburetor in position. Zinc plated and 2.500 inches long with five sixteenths coarse threads on one end and five sixteenths fine threads on the other. Package of four with four matching nuts and washers. Complete sets of 1.375 inch studs (Mr. Gasket part number 59) 1.500 inch studs (Mr. Gasket part number 60) and 2.000 inch studs (Mr. Gasket part number 61) also are available.

The thread quality on these bolts is terrible, they are over 20 thousandths below the spec of the .

The thread quality on these studs is terrible, they are over 20 thousandths below the major diameter specification. Well, the studs aren't straight.

Incorrect nut path

Incorrectly packed nuts, studs run smoothly. The rails bolt into the mounting flange, the flat steps are what the carburetor bolts to. There are steps on the nuts that are in the packaging.
