Small server use Seems solid enough, mounting holes line up well, installation was easy. 2 flash drives and a network card. Released immediately and OMV seems very happy to be working on it right now. I will add a RAID bank soon. OMV seems to have a problem with the graphics recognition, but the web interface works fine. The free NAS wasn't happy with booting, no idea why. UEFI is easy to use, not very rich in options, but very functional. .I haven't tried WiFi yet.

This board was bought to replace a broken asrock mainboard, this board works great with no problems. Very easy to set up.

The BIOS was almost unusable and kept switching to a mix of languages or just Chinese when it REALLY decided to work. Even then it froze when I went to the Advanced Options page. However, unless you need to mess with the BIOS, it works just like any other motherboard. It also has fewer memory slots than similarly priced LGA1200 mATX boards (like the ASUS Prime B560M-A I replaced it with). Not a good price given the competition and I don't think I'll mess with MSI boards again.

The Realtek onboard sound isn't great but the point of this board is to save money not buy a Z. This model has been criticized in the YouTube review scene for respecting data cited by Intel, but turning it off is trivial. My 11400 runs on 4.2 Multi 4.4 Single by simply changing an option in the bios. (be sure to change the fan curve after doing this). Hmp 3200 works perfectly.

I upgraded the MSI B460 chipset to this B560 chipset while keeping the same 10th Gen Intel i5 processor. While the old one was decent for a while, this one feels significantly faster and more reliable. I was able to download it and update the drivers on the first try. Recommended (unless moving socket LGA 1700 with DDR5 memory).
