🍮 Mud Pie Circa Door Knob Coffee Canister - Stylish Wooden Container for Fresh Coffee Storage Review

I love this "Mud Pie" coffee tin! Goes perfectly with my other canisters (which I bought from Pier 1)! Very well packed. The item has arrived in excellent condition. Thank you!

I recently discovered clay cakes and knew immediately I would like them so I ordered a few of these items for my coffee shop. (This is the first item I've received so far) and while it's really cute, the lid doesn't seal well, which isn't good for my coffee. Get a replacement gasket and you'll be fine.

The seal was glued to the inside of the can. The seal broke when opening. The lid is rough and the packaging left the label rubbing against a dent in the lid itself. The canister is also much smaller than you would expect from a "canister". Looks more decorative. In that sense the item is cute but grossly overpriced for what you get.

Very cute but stylish. One star deducted for 1 reason. The rear leg of the canister broke off. I took the whole package apart to see if there was a splinter in the box to glue, it wasn't. It's not big at the back, it somehow merges, I'm probably the only one who notices it. So I decided to just keep it. If I paid an outrageous amount for a canister yes I would go back

I used to buy a lidded sugar bowl with a tea bag holder. My daughter really liked them so I decided to buy her a sugar bowl and coffee pot for Mother's Day. I would have given the coffee jar 5 stars but the rubber ring around the bottom of the lid that covers the canister stuck to the canister and when I finally removed the lid the seal fell apart. Now the lid no longer closes and simply lies on.

The canister is nice. The finish is glossy and feels very smooth. The top of the door handle is also very beautiful and shiny. The problem I had was with the gasket. When unpacked, the top was crooked. I couldn't fix it. I had to carefully pry it off, trying not to break the canister. When I finally removed the lid I saw that the gasket was stuck to the canister. When I tried to remove the gasket it broke. I will contact the seller and see if I can get a replacement.

Mine arrived damaged - sent back and decided not to replace. It's quite small, which I didn't expect. Price-quality doesn't match at all for me. The cheap plastic seal that creates a "tight" seal probably won't last long as mine arrived already broken. It doesn't appear to be actually attached to the tree, so it looks like it's moving. The glass itself is really thick, heavy and of good quality. Aesthetically it's great, but the functionality isn't meant for everyday use. Overall it's very cute
