Bought as a replacement air filter for my workshop vacuum cleaner. I was looking for a filter that can be washed to last a little longer and this one fitted the bill. I've been using this for several months and it works great. I wash it regularly and let it air dry overnight. It holds up well and is perfect for my vacuum cleaner.

Fits easily in both of my shop vacs. The manufacturer of this secondary filter has designed it in such a way that it does not require a loose end cap that always has to be screwed onto a standard Shop-Vac filter. The plugged end is an integral part of this filter and a simple press fit holds it securely to the vacuum motor. I bought one of these a little over a year ago and subjected it to what I consider moderate violence and it failed in almost every way. My previous purchase of a filter for a very old Genie SV300Q wet/dry vacuum - 903-03-19 - is not available so I ordered this one. which claims to fit most units. It fits, but a strong chemical odor overwhelmed me when I opened the shrink wrap around the filter. I leave the exhaust filter outside hoping that's all that's needed.
