They connect easily to the iPhone and I love the sound quality. I also use this headband for running. It's great for watching movies from bed, sleeping and running. I usually watch YouTube until I fall asleep and I've noticed with wired headphones that they can become confused and eventually deteriorate if I fall asleep with them. This headband solved my problem! Not to mention it's comfortable and doesn't look bulky. I'm sure it would be great for the winter months too, or even if you just want to run. So I bought these because I need to fall asleep watching TV and in-ear headphones are a chore to get around. You are absolutely amazing for my purposes. The reason I only give it 4 stars is because of the sound quality. After it connects automatically, I have to unplug it and plug it back in. If I don't do this, you'll hear crackling in your audio until you do. As I said, pretty good for the price, just a minor inconvenience.
