The amplified emergency speakerphone we purchased for our office electronics collection was a complete disappointment. Using this product, our team found that the sound quality was subpar and the volume did not amplify enough to be considered an emergency device. The only positive aspect was that it was hands-free, but that hardly outweighs the negative. Electronics are supposed to make our lives easier, but this product only caused frustration. We cannot recommend it to others.

Entry of year and date etc. confusing, no clear instructions. I can't set it up. However, I wanted a PHONE, not a calendar. In this reality, I can ignore that setting the clock on the phone is something I've never heard of before. I hope to find someone who knows how to set dates and times.

did not work . I returned it immediately. When you pick up the headset, you hear a ringtone, but you cannot dial a number. It was very uncomfortable. The display worked several times when I unplugged and plugged the phone cord back in. It was just bad quality. This works with your standard phone line, but not with our OOMA setup.
