Было бы неплохо иметь письменные указания относительно правильной высоты и, возможно, советы по сборке, чтобы все пластины смотрели в одном направлении, не сталкиваясь друг with the friend. This is too loose. They provided wall anchors, but I think the handrails should be inserted into the cleats - at least partially. Looks good after installation.

Installation Nightmare

Every wall anchor that came with the railing broke when my husband tried to install it. The railing itself has a nice look and finish but installation was a big problem and the anchors are scrap. More trouble than it's worth and would never recommend it due to installation issues. It's worth noting that my husband is very hands on and has done many much more complex home projects so this should have been a no brainer but the poor quality parts did the opposite.

INSTALL HEADS-UP, suitable for railings and battens

So close to 5 stars. The 6.6" version has 3 mounting flanges. Have now installed 2 of these and couldn't align all 3 flanges to the same plane without destroying the paintwork with a pipe wrench. The solution I used was 2 of them in one Line and set tight.The 3rd flange was tightened then bent back to match the other 2 then just mixed some 2K epoxy (JB Weld) and epoxyed the threads to line up all 3 flanges Works great no play Once installed these railings are great!

light weight, scratched paint and poor wall anchors

Overall this is a good railing. The whistle is a bit bright compared to the iron/black whistle at the hardware store, but that's ok. Mine arrived with scratched paint in several places down to the silver tube. If I couldn't hide the scratches by turning the tube inside out I would return it. Wall anchors are terrible. Get the most out of installing in drywall. Also the same as what everyone else said about hex bolts. An odd choice for a consumer product in the US.
