I like that we can track our progress with each of my team members.
It's also nice being able to send messages back out for them if they are not around or have been off work in some way so it makes life easier! The only thing is sometimes you get no response at all when sending an email through but this could be because there may just be really busy people right now rather than anything wrong with the software itself. Make sure everyone knows how to use this as well otherwise things will goβ¦
