Not what i expected and seems unreliable

I like that it's flexible, which is why we've been using this product since 2010! It was great at first because you could set up your own templates or even have an HTML editor in place of editing them yourself when needed - but now they're getting more complicated with each update so there are fewer options than before (also not as user friendly). If price isn't too much concern then go ahead otherwise keep looking around until something better comes along; maybe try another program? We were…

  • The ability to set up your own templates with HTML and then send through with your company name on the emails
Cons
  • It also has a very frustrating tracking analytics data which is reliable (also a great program to send newsletters/emails through if you're looking to set up newsletters and emails about

Great tool for tracking email campaigns

I like that they're constantly adding new features, as well keeping all of their customers up with what is going in terms my subscription status etc.. It's so helpful being able tp check out your statistics at any time which can help you see how many people are opening emails vs not! The only thing about it was once someone unsubscribes from an eblast or newsletter then there isn't much we could do since this app really just does everything (the whole point).
