Presumably if you are looking at this, you are training your dog and do not have complete command. Do not expect to contain your dog with this. Purchased this long leash for recall training and an upcoming camping trip. Happy with the quality and look/feel of this product. Gets a bit tangled but I’m sure that would be the case with any long lead.

Its a little too heavy to use on a puppy, and it gets tangled easily since it’s so long, but it is a great option for long-leash walking or even just tethering in the yard or while camping.

Very confident in this leash. Was a little nervous at first switching to a long leash to walk my husky, but this thing is amazing. I put 3-5 knots in the length of the leash to give better hand grabs along the leash.Putting those knots will be critical, as you can easily get rope burn if your dog chases something and you have a bad hold.
