Just received this comb a week ago. It was expensive and I was a little worried about its origin (I asked but didn't get an answer) but ordered it anyway. I have to say this is a really good comb. The whole thing appears to have been made from a single piece of buffalo horn. There are no sharp spots anywhere on this site. I just received this today. It is very good quality and so smooth after using it to detangle my hair. I used to use a large flat brush for detangling but this pulled my hair out so I started using a plastic comb. The plastic comb worked better but still clung strongly to my hair. It's so smooth on my hair that it's definitely worth the money.

Excellent horn comb with wide teeth. Unfortunately, a tooth broke off on the first use. I'm sure the seller would have replaced it but I'm not so concerned about the missing tooth that I would return it. The fracture was likely due to a natural defect in the horn rather than a milling error.
