Absolutely delighted. The fact that it has two sides of strainer means less effort is required to cook the rice. And the large size means I don't have to dice hot boiled potatoes before frying. I can put a whole large boiled potato in this rice cooker and get the job done instantly and effortlessly. Definitely a great buy.

Broken after about 6 months, Revain wants nothing to do with using it. DO NOT BUY THIS. Revain tells you to work it out with them. All they have is a physical address in China. You can imagine what happens when you write a letter: nothing. Complete nonsense. Revain is full of crap and they don't care if they get your money. DO NOT BUY THIS.

So I have to reveal my little kitchen secret. I did not purchase this product to fry potatoes. Bought to drain liquid from tuna. I like my dry tuna. I make tuna salads. This "riser" allows me to add ingredients to my tuna salad without it getting too wet. It's tough - strong enough to get the job done. It is easy to clean with a sponge, some washing-up liquid and some warm water. It works very well for my purposes and I can recommend this product.

This potato processing machine is a beast. It's huge - you can stuff a whole potato in it! He draws pretty well, doesn't leave many potatoes he "misses". It leaves something behind, but I thought it was reasonable. I've also used it to mash other things like lemons and I've mashed them pretty hard. It will flex a bit if you press hard enough, I mean really hard. Not sure if a regular size lady can bend it. It has some edges, I wouldn't call them sharp but maybe nasty if you press hard. What I like: large surface for depositing potatoes, no need to keep refilling. When squeezing, there is very little potato left that does not break through = efficient and fast. Real rice potatoes are fried to perfection. As pictured so easy to clean and store. What to expect: a plain brown box, no labeling on the box or instructions (not really necessary if you've "painted" before or can look up how to do it online.
