Very small size. My 8 lb pup didn't fit in the medium one so I had to order a large one. Aside from working very little, it works great. Does his job and is very nice at it. My pup hates wearing it but she hates wearing a traditional cone much more.

My little pom pom had a large cut just below his ear and she continued to feel him. This collar made it possible for her not to reach it because of course she has short legs, I didn't use it in the usual way but laid it flat, like a cape. This allowed her to walk and see where she was going. The only thing was was the top tongue was a bit tight. Everything else was perfect.

My girl had surgery, had to wear it for 14 days, yes she tried to take it off but when she realized she couldn't, she let it alone. She can back down but you have to be vigilant, she wasn't able to lick the scar area I was in to protect her rights. A good comfortable cone, I didn't take it off so I'll wash it after removing it. One thing to prevent neck loss but you could put your finger up and under so you can brush your hair a bit.

My 13 week old pup was spayed and had an inflated donut and did better than these plastic cones but was still uncomfortable and kept chewing on the cap. So I searched and found this one. It's really small to give you an idea. My pup is a Havapu and weighs 6.6 pounds with an 8 inch neck. I bought it based on measurements and the setting is perfect. My puppy is much more comfortable and able to move around in it.

I wanted to love this collar but unfortunately I can't. The second day it ripped because my dog rolled over and tried to get it off. I'll try to sew it up a little tighter again. I bought this product for our overweight cats a year ago. A person often has a UTI and wants to lick there etc. But it turned out to be too big for her. But now we have a GSD pup and she's itchy in there and I've pulled this out of my secret box and it's working like a real champ. This size XL fits a 14 inch neck. Not suitable for 23 inch necks. I ordered XL because my dog has a 23" neck. UNSUITABLE! The flower cone I received is very small. It is 14" around.
