🧴 Nalgene W/M 16oz Bottle: The Perfect Blend of Durability and Portability Review

The title speaks for itself. Nalgene is great and these little bottles are perfect for my daughter to carry in the side pocket of her school backpack.

I love these durable bottles that are easy to carry. I buy them in pairs because sometimes I accidentally leave them in place. I have been using Nalgene for many years! Good product.

The standard Nalgene bottle is a liter/quarter bottle. I understand it's a comfortable size. But since I'm not a big fan of camels, I like to carry a bottle on the chest strap of my backpack. The full size Nalgen is too big. These 16 ounce Nalgens work great.

Pretty disappointed with this product. Having owned a few Nalgenes I got this one and the band that connects to the cap doesn't swing freely around the bottle neck, it's too tight. I didn't know it would irritate me so much, but it does.

Lighter weight plastic alternatives match disposable items. I want something that will last me for years and withstand all kinds of abuse. Hard plastic doesn't smell that bad and lasts a long time with occasional mold cleaning.

This bottle may not be stylish, but I'm more concerned with functionality, so it's perfect for me. It's smaller than some bottles but it's what I wanted. I keep a large silicone straw in it. It's also very light because it doesn't have fancy insulation, which is what I wanted. And it is very anti-drip.

This product came in a plastic wrap which I didn't see well at first as I thought the volumetric markings were on the plastic. That was my mistake as the plastic only had to be removed to show the label was on the bottle itself. It is exactly what I expected when I ordered it and I am very satisfied.

I really like this Nalgene bottle, it looks like a standard Nalgene bottle but smaller so it fits in my car's cup holder (Prius ) fits. The print on the side goes up to 14 oz but can hold 16 oz. The red cap and the ring that goes around the neck didn't move freely when I first got it, but you can remove the ring/cap and gently tug on the ring a bit (and blow dry it with a hair dryer or hot heat water). if desired) to stretch it a bit.
