Granddaughter loves these kids clogs

I bought these clogs for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves them and puts them on as soon as she opens them. She mainly uses them for "inner" shoes in her school. They are very light and comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. A flexible heel strap ensures they stay in place. Would definitely recommend catching a pair for your child or grandchild. Looks great but is not very durable. The strap broke on the first day

*Update*** The very next morning after I reported my problem, I received an email from the seller. They fixed the problem and sent a replacement. Judy was the one who helped me and she was very nice via email. I definitely recommend buying through this seller. ** Well we got them today and my daughter loves them. When I decided putting them on until the third frost and pulling the strap at the back sadly broke it! And I didn't push too hard. 😣 so we taped them shut but I'm so sad they broke so

Not the best shoes. They seem to be falling apart any minute.

First I ordered this pair of clogs and another pair from the same company and site but in a different color and style. When I just received them they were two different sizes and looked completely different in the way they were made. The other pair I have are perfect and look very durable and pretty but these are falling apart, way too big and look like they've been worn before. I will attach pictures to show what I mean.
