The program has been easy to learn, it is user friendly and the support team at Narrative Pro are always willing to help you out if needed. We have found that we do not use all of the features yet but they are constantly adding new ones so its great there's no limit as far as how much training you can receive from them! It is very easy to use, it has all of my templates in one place so I don't have to search through multiple files when creating an incident report or patient care record. The interface could be improved by adding more options such as color coding fields that are required versus optional. Also would like some additional features added (such as time stamps). We were able to create our own custom forms/templates using this tool which saved us tons of work! You can also export your completed form…

The ability to create different templates is what really makes this program unique, as it allows you to customize how your report looks without having too many options. Sometimes I have difficulty getting all of my information into one template; however, when that happens, its easy enough to just make changes in order to get everything put together correctly. It's not something i dislike by any means, but rather something I think could be improved upon if they made some more features available…
