The ABS sensor cable is too short.

I purchased a complete set of wheels for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler JKU. The wheels themselves are fine. The problem is that ABS sensors are connected to it. The wires are short at 8-10 inches. What saved me was that I had already bought new ABS sensors before buying the complete wheels, so I was lucky. They were easily swapped out before installing them in my Jeep.
