I'm an artist and make frames myself so I have to use quite a few D-rings. These are good quality D rings at a good price. They cost £60 which is more than enough for most of my paintings. In theory, two of them should be able to handle a 120lb frame, but I wouldn't use them for a frame that heavy. If I ever have to hang a picture that heavy I will use a different system.
