Terrible toy! Fell apart when I first received it. I always wash toys before putting them in our cages, never had any problems until I bought this one. I washed it as soon as I received it and felt how easily the parts came off. I am extremely disappointed! Too bad I didn't get a real toy for my birds.

The description says it's for a parrot so I bought it for my gray parrot it destroyed it in one day so the wood is brittle. and it looks more like a parrot than a parrot as the description says, really sad waste of money for a day is a game

This is a fun toy for my birds. Very colorful and they can climb on it, chew wood, hang on it etc. The only downside is that the plastic chain is not very strong and very easy to fall apart when pulled. If they could find a stronger chain, it would be much better and avoid a fall accident.

Definitely not as big as advertised but my rats love it (as you can see from the bits nibbled off) Update: It was time but the company sent me a replacement. Additionally, they have updated the item description to include a more appropriate measurement. I still have the metal chain from the first toy, I use it sometimes to hang things in my cage. It will come in handy

I probably should have known better, but I needed a quick toy for my cockatoo. He loves bright colors and loves chopping blocks of wood. When it arrived it was MUCH smaller than I thought it would be and it also had fewer parts than the photo. In less than 10 hours he broke it into pieces and there was almost nothing to play with - the string it's worn on is VERY flimsy.

The short flight of stairs is not 21 inches long, but is just over 30 cm long, so it didn't fit in our gray parrot's large cage.
