I have very closed eyes and maybe that was partly why none of the types included suited me. They seem to be more appropriate unless you have wrinkles and excess skin. They are so difficult to put on. Double sided only one side is really glued. The only side once I inserted it stuck so tight that when I removed it from the lid it actually ripped the skin leaving a horrible wound.
