The kids love it! My only regret is that I bought it during the Winter months so they can't really play with it most days. But come Spring, it's going to be awesome! Easy to assemble (but we did put one wall on backwards and decided to embrace that as a design choice by adding silk flowers to the built-in "shelves" that were now on the outside). I agree with some of the reviews that this house is priced a bit high for what it is.however, my children love it and play with it frequently. This thing is huge. but it is a nice playhouse. Big and roomy for a 2 year old and will be something she will play with for quite a few years. Very easy and fast to put together. I'm so mad. It came with the door and the indoor table already assembled. After we put it together we realized the table was put in upside down! There's no way to remove it and turn it the other way.

I was scared when I arrived from work and saw the size of the box this thing came in the garage. But to my surprise the box was easy to handle and the pieces came together very easily.You must use an electric screwdriver because the screws are long and not pre-drilled.I had a small issue then installing the doorknob as I put a little too much force and the screw casing broke. However, I was able to remove the broken piece and install it back without problems.

The materials are very sturdy and it looks great when finished. But for the price I expected a bit better. The roof does not fit perfectly no matter how you try. It is not flush and the front or the back will be hard to fully secure. The directions are awful. Nice pictures, but the language is very poor. Be careful installing the door handle. I chose this play house because of the overall height inside the house.I have a 3 year old and a 8 year old.This is perfect. I use it inside my house and I had to move it a few times. It's super easy to do it even if you are by yourself. I love the door bell feature. I highly recommend this play house! That's a great investment.

Our grandson loves this house. He takes papa hostage and will not let him get out. Papa takes a week to recover from sitting in here playing. Lol! So fun! I put holiday lights on the roof and strung it through the inside for more light.

It’s adorable but my grand daughter only played with it 1 time and the door doesn’t stay shut .opening and closing the door is the best part for little ones ☹️

The colors are bright and go well together. I added a cover to the window to help keep the rain out. No escape door.I still like it and would or will buy another if it became necessary.

My 3 year old loves this playhouse. It's the perfect size for 3-4 yr old, It's not too big and not too small. The assembly was straight forward and quick.The price is on par and the plastic is higher quality than a few of the other houses I cross shopped at Toys'R'US.
