I agree with some of the reviews that this house is priced a bit high for what it is.however, my children love it and play with it frequently. We currently use it in an indoor playroom but plan to put it outside next summer. It seems sturdy enough to withstand that. I was a bit disappointed with the attachment for the phone.it does not actually hold the phone. The two prongs came bent and no amount of trying to pull them closer together keeps the phone hanging. Also the door handle is a bit flimsy and if we put the washers in per the instructions the screws didn't get enough grip to hold well - so we removed them. I'm hoping it will withstand the abuse of my 1 and 4 year olds over time. Otherwise the product meets our expectations.
